Our Preventative Maintenance Inspection Consists of the Following:

1. Check coolant pressures.
2. Check all electrical connections.
3. Check and record amperage readings.
4. Check the evaporator coil for cleanliness.
5. Check the temperature difference between your supply and return air.
6. Check blower motor and wheel.
7. Check thermostat.
8. Check all air filters.
9. Check condensate drain for blockage. Clean as necessary.
10. Check all safety controls.
11. Inspect starting capacitor.
12. Inspect running capacitor.
13. Check for vibration and noise.
14. Inspect relays.
15. Check condenser coil and clean if necessary.
16. Check condenser fan blades for tightness.
17. Check drain pan.
18. Check insulation on refrigerant lines.
19. Perform visual inspection of ducts.

*This preventative service should be scheduled during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Preventative Maintenance Agreement Cost:

1 Year:

• 1 System- $195.00
• 2 Systems- +$98.00
• 3 Systems- +$196.00

Either party may cancel this agreement by providing 30 days written notice. Agreement is transferable to a new homeowner when service is established with the company. After 30 days from invoice date there is no refund of this agreement.
